so yesterday i had the opportunity to work with i call fives (www.myspace.com/icallfives) on some new images for an upcoming release.  hopefully i’m not stepping on their toes by posting this, but i have to blog immediately or it never happens.  anyway, i wanted to go with something simple, but with a little bit of edge to separate them from the crowd.  i snagged a bunch of newspapers from all over so that we could tape them together and make this background.

i wish i could say i was on vacation, but i wasn’t…

so yesterday i had the opportunity to work with the talented young singer/songwriter  danielle deckard.  she’s currently going to school in berklee where she is currently recording and producing her own album which should be around sometime before the fall of 2010.  speaking of which 0h10!

i woke up pretty early to ride fdr this morning with robo and baboon.  definitely an amazing session aside from the overpass construction going on above us. we took off from there to some street spots around the city. all in all it was a good day. we even got some clips for the next ib! video.

i had a shoot with 2 local hip hop artists today. we decided to give it the moody, darker feeling a lot of their music thrives off of. we ventured into the building, but decided to stay out after stumbling into a heroin shack with syringes all over the floor. yeah…

these were just the first few that caught my eye while importing them, so chances are there will be more to come.
